I'm afraid to identify it, so I'll blur it. However, I keep the receipt and delivery note. When I bought a new car, I received a polite response. However, the clerk asked me, "Do you want to put a luggage basket?" And agreed. On the receipt and delivery note, "Luggage basket ◯◯ yen" was written and added to the total amount. Later, when I looked at the manufacturer's site, the model I bought was equipped with a luggage basket as standard. In other words, I was billed by duplicating my luggage basket. It's been a while since I signed the contract, and I can't say it directly because I have after-sales service, but I'll write it here. I'm a beginner, so I feel like a duck ...

When I asked for a part replacement for a mini velo that I bought at another store before, he was happy to help. If you want to buy birdies and bromptons, I would definitely recommend buying at this shop.

A word for the future. When I was on Gojo Street, I often helped. If I needed a (special) tool, I folded it up and took a taxi, and it was exactly "Help me Doraemon!" Thank you for your quick response. The return was of course my own power. In the first place, I have been good at recumbent since the time of Fushimi, and I am wondering what is being done after the relocation, but if it is a small-sized car in Kyoto, this is another place, so it is a thing that carries life. Face-to-face sales are recommended over the net.
