My daughter's backpack shoulder strap broke earlier in the day. We were able to find a solid replacement among the shops here. Basement has a foodcourt, some gachapon banks, and there're Tigers omiyage options. There's a little stall with official and not-so-offical Tigers gear here too. I liked the patches available.

Has some handy shops here aeon , shimamura and bic camera are very handy. Osaka gyoza is also a recommendation. Saizerya is also nice. During baseball season it does get busy though
