This exchange suffers from poor decisions. If you want a "thing" they won't have it. But they will have the 3rd tier version of that thing...so it's an exercise is stocking leftovers and being happy to settle for less. Welcome to the 7th Fleet.

The prices are exactly what youd expect for a place that sells to the navy. Terrible prices and awful selection of power tools. They are however the only place on base that I know of to get the stuff they sell, so you know, we've got that.
