I don't understand why the bread here is so highly rated. I bought three side dish breads and ate them for breakfast at the hotel, but all the breads had a strange bitterness and I had a bitter taste for a while after eating. There was no bread-like scent and each had a strange odor. The ham cheese smelled like a rag, and the apple bread smelled like an incense stick. I've seen on TV or something that the fermentation method is a corporate secret, but the bread dough has only salty taste and no powdery taste or sweetness. Feeling of over-fermentation where the fermenting bacteria have completely consumed the taste (I am an amateur because I bake bread by myself every 3 days, but I can understand a little about bread). That may be the reason why the salty taste is exaggerated. I was worried about the quality before the taste, and I was hungry, but I couldn't finish the meal.

If you go to the area, you often buy local sake and shochu as souvenirs, but it is helpful that there is a liquor store in front of the station that you can buy cheaply instead of souvenir shop prices.

Because it is a seller of a well-established bakery, the number is limited. Every dish is delicious There is no store in the store ❗ First time people recommend toasting bread!

Buy original wine white spicy. It is also purchased together with corkscrew. It was delicious at the cottage.
