I stayed at Hotel Excel Kikusui several times; the service and food was always excellent and the staff was friendly.

Bed is not comfortable

I used it for sightseeing around Mt. Chokai. I used the family room because it was a good deal, but I was surprised at the size of the banquet hall. There was a bath in the room, but I used the large communal bath and the male side was a jacuzzi type on that day. The hot water was so hot that I couldn't keep it for a long time. The cheerful and kind person in charge of the rice was accompanied by a cheerful and kind person, who explained the food and talked about the surrounding area, and had a good time. The soft serve ice cream recommended by that person is an original soft serve ice cream with a little extra work, and I was very impressed with how it would look like if a professional chef made it. It's very delicious, and I'm very happy to teach you how to arrange the lemon juice.

The room was beautiful! You can see the sunset depending on the location of the room. The food was delicious. It's close to Nikaho's IC, and there are supermarkets, izakaya, and gyudon chain stores nearby, so even if you stay without meals, you won't have a hard time eating. Thank you. Shiopurin was delicious ☆

The food was delicious. It was a pity that there was no explanation of the details of the room and the coupon at the front desk. The hotel's handmade salt pudding was awesome. I bought it as a souvenir.
