I stayed at Hotel Excel Kikusui several times; the service and food was always excellent and the staff was friendly.

Bed is not comfortable

I used it for sightseeing around Mt. Chokai. I used the family room because it was a good deal, but I was surprised at the size of the banquet hall. There was a bath in the room, but I used the large communal bath and the male side was a jacuzzi type on that day. The hot water was so hot that I couldn't keep it for a long time. The cheerful and kind person in charge of the rice was accompanied by a cheerful and kind person, who explained the food and talked about the surrounding area, and had a good time. The soft serve ice cream recommended by that person is an original soft serve ice cream with a little extra work, and I was very impressed with how it would look like if a professional chef made it. The food was delicious. It was a pity that there was no explanation of the details of the room and the coupon at the front desk. The hotel's handmade salt pudding was awesome. I bought it as a souvenir.
