There are lots of yoga studios now that yoga is booming, but the yoga spot is a special place where you can learn a few real genuine yoga, with lots of studio. Although I attended regular lessons, I participated in a lot of training, but every time I have a lot of useful learnings, through my training and daily lessons, jealousy, jealousy and anger have calmed down, my heart got easier, My private life has changed dramatically in a good direction and it became very rich. Teacher training is a reasonable price but the contents are fulfilling enough to be unparalleled with other yoga studios. I always hear stories such as something disappointing or sick from completion of training by other students, my life has changed, so I think that teacher training is cheap if I consider high quality content. I think that the students who passed long and the students who passed from Yokohama to far away represent the ease of passing and the quality of yoga spots. While there are plenty of yoga studios, while there are few places where full-scale and high quality yoga can be learned, and veteran yoga instructors are few, yoga classes like yoga spots and veteran teachers of yoga spots like treasure I always think as a student that I must take care of it. Mr. OMkari, Sundari sensei, teachers can not sleep with my legs facing, I am always thankful!

It will be about four years since I contacted you, but on that day practice I always have new discoveries, experiences and learning. Through it I am purely comfortable, pleasant and happy and the feet go to Yogaspot with nature. The teachers who always teach me a wonderful space always full of gratitude :)
