My husband and I went through Joy housing for close to 3 years. Throughout the entire time they were always helpful, quick to respond and patient. Whenever we needed maintenance done on our residence (such as checking any issues with the AC, gas stove, washing machine etc) they had someone come out either same day or the next if same day was not possible. Our final inspection went by so smoothly, they didn’t try to over charge on anything. We got a good amount of our deposit back as well after the inspection was done. Joy is the only housing agency I would want to go through in the future if I were to go back to Okinawa
