"I am a teacher attending an academic conference, so could you change the reservation date?" I had a toothache and couldn't wait for another day, so I canceled my reservation and went to another dentist. About a year later, when I tried to come back to this clinic, I was asked, "Don't you go to another dentist and come here again?" I just refused to change the scheduled date. I was so surprised at the unreasonable attitude that I stopped.
