This is not a destination for tourists but it is a shopping mall with everything locals could need. There are restaurants and cafes open past mall buissness hours. The best grocery store in this part of town. Electronics and dollar stores. The mall promotes it's aquariums as an attraction, where there is seating to eat or just relax. There is even a gym.
There is direct access to Yachiyodai station via a bridge. There is car parking and bike parking on site.
It has recently been redecorated, but it's not very noticeable! The shops are fine. The fish tanks are great to read in front of, and the cafés are nice.
This place is so underatted! Your elm is a hidden gem. It might not be the place for tourists to come, but if you are a local then it's just what you need. There are a wide range of shops including a music shop, ￥300 shop and Daiso! There are also quite a few clothes shops for all ages. Shoe Plaza is pretty cool and you can find some good bargains there! The fish tank on the ground floor is so cool, it's really nice to relax there. There are also some restaurants! The takoyaki takeaway next to the supermarket is so good!
It's a nice department store
I visited for the first time in more than 30 years. I would like to praise the fact that it is still open. It used to be more crowded. There was a Famicom Disk System writer at the toy store here, so I often came to rewrite it. There is no trace now, but ... (ω-,)
