You can get a manhole card. We sell tour tickets for sightseeing in Utsunomiya, but cash-only cards are not accepted. There is only one tour bus Kibuna per hour, so if you can walk, you shouldn't buy it. The Otani tour ticket is a great deal (sale starts at 9 o'clock).

The second manhole card in Utsunomiya City, which started distribution on August 9, 2019, is distributed from 8:30 to 20:00 at the Utsunomiya City Tourist Information Center. However, the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29-1/3) are closed.
