At first, I signed a contract for two months for the purpose of dieting, but it became fun to see my body changing as I trained, so I extended it. The trainer's teaching method is also polite, and thanks to the kind guidance, I am able to enjoy training. Looking forward to the next session, I am doing my best in my daily work! Since I started doing personal training, my mental aspect has changed and I'm glad I started!
Recently I started to be worried about my body shape and wanted to exercise and lose weight. However, when I was alone, it didn't last long... I wanted to go to a gym with a trainer, and I searched on the net and arrived here! From the counseling, I was kind enough to listen to me, and I thought it was very reliable.
On that day, I also had hands-on training and kindly and politely supported me!
I decided to go here because I want to do it firmly because I do it.
I wanted to do muscle training, but I did not know how to use the training machine even if I went to the gym, so I checked out at the personal gym and found out that it was near from the station and I did experience training!
It is fun to feel my growth every day because I am familiar with the explanation of the training only to me that I do not understand, and I am firmly driven in!
As it is near the station, it is not difficult to go
