Located in the basement of a little block in the Motomachi shopping area. Happened to chance upon the restaurant when I saw the menu signs along the road. It offers a mix of Italian fare and Japanese food (soba, tempura). You can ask the chef about the pasta of the day. Lunch was reasonable, and the restaurant wasn't crowded when I dined there. Pleasant service.
