Correspondence is bad. On the other hand, if there are no customers, but if you ask for an oil pump and an inflator, I will pick it up at a later date. If you want to be served by a clerk who can't even serve customers by looking at them, feel free to do so.

The store manager's response is terrible. After waiting for the test drive, when I asked the store manager who seemed to be free, he said, "We are dealing with customers." You just looked at your computer screen, right? I bought it at another bicycle shop immediately. As long as this store manager is there, I won't be here anymore.

I bought a bicycle online and picked it up at this store. The explanation was very polite and easy to understand, and I was relieved to find that the people who asked for repairs came to the store one after another, and the response was very exciting. I think it's a very reliable store.
