Staffs are friendly and ver helpful, some of them can understand English. This point give the foreigners little comfort. There are many applications form available in English. It always crowdy and you always need to take the serial but not take too much time.

From JR Rokkomichi Station, you can go to the long covered corridor without being exposed to rain or sunlight. I know only two other city and ward offices, but one of them was not good enough. I think this is good.

The middle-aged woman, who was in charge of the transfer notification, was quick to talk.
