In Ishioka City, I came to the long-established coffee shop "Coffee Philosophy". Since it opened in 2000, it has been open for 20 years, but this is my first visit. The parking lot is always full, but today it was around 11:30, so it was about half full. When you enter the store, the ceiling is high and it is a very open space. The seats are also partitioned for each table, so it's a comfortable environment to enjoy coffee. Looking at the menu, it says "Reprint !!! Pizza & Pasta Lunch". Apparently, you can get two kinds of half pasta and half pizza or half doria together. This is fantastic. I went with two people, so I think you can get four types. So the pasta is ・ Eggplant and bacon ・ Japanese-style mushrooms Half pizza or half doria ・ Lunch mix pizza ・ Evidria please. The salad arrived first, and then the dishes arrived in order. ・ Lunch mix pizza The size is about one serving, so I thought I could eat it, but the dough is thin so I can eat it quickly. A lot of ingredients such as shrimp, bacon, and mushrooms were lightened with plenty of cheese. ・ Eggplant and bacon pasta The Japanese-style taste of soy sauce has a nice texture of large eggplant and bacon. In terms of quantity, half is a volume that is unreasonable. If it's a slightly stylish Italian restaurant, it might feel like one serving. (It seems that it is small in the photo, but since the plate is deep, it contains a considerable amount.) ・ Japanese-style mushrooms It has the same soy sauce taste, but the impression is that the soup stock is slightly sweeter. Isn't it just the taste of mushrooms? ・ Evidria The garlic and garlic are crispy, and the hot rice is very delicious with the toasted cheese and thick cream. I liked this the most. After the meal, we will have a blended coffee. The aroma and bitterness are just right and delicious. I was very satisfied.

Cafe au lait was a very delicious cafe au lait where you can feel the richness of coffee 🎶 The atmosphere of the shop is also my favorite It was nice to be calm, and the staff was very pleasant with the customer service. Unfortunately I couldn't eat because I was full, but pizza seems to be delicious 😊 I want to eat pizza next time 🎶

I wasn't able to see the menu with my presbyopia, so I asked if I had reading glasses. I asked for a set of pasta and pizza🍕 for lunch, but it was delicious because it had a lot of volume (*^^*)
