Affordable way to get to the airport. Buses are comfortable in my opinion and we arrived earlier than planned which was good. All in all, I personally would take this bus again when I need to travel between the airport and Tokyo city centre because it’s cheap yet still comfortable

FYI the shuttle pick up location to Narita is on the other side of the road from this location if you're using directions. Great service and super cheap!

Nice driver. Affordable price. But the ticketing staff don’t have good attitude toward the customers. He isn’t familiar with the passenger arrangement. I have told another staff that I made reservation for 1430 bus at 1405. He arranged us to wait for the 1415 bus. When my luggage is put inside the 1415 bus, the ticketing staff said that we had to wait until 1430. My parent was so shocked to say how can we take back our luggage if we take the later one, and the staff gave her a a sign of ‘Shut up’ 🤫. How rude he is. Really bad, the ticketing service. The bus stop even doesn’t provide any instruction (neither Japanese nor other languages) for the passengers to know how to check-in.

Most affordable transport to Narita Airport from Tokyo Station, just 1000yen. But it will take about 1.5 hr.
