先月こちらで肥厚性鼻炎と鼻中隔弯曲症の手術をさせて頂きました。 こういう時期でもありましたので時間をかけてしっかり検査を受けての手術でした。 手術を受けるまで時間はかかりましたが、丁寧な診察と術前の説明をしていただきました。 リスクについての説明もきっちりありましたし、リスクがゼロという訳ではないので、どうしても心配なら薬などで抑えることは出来ますよ、というお話も頂きましたが自分で決心して手術する事を決めました。 術日の午前中に入院、昼前には手術開始で院長である老木先生に担当していただき、全身麻酔で一瞬に落ちたと思ったら目が覚めた時には終わっているという状態でした。 ただ私の場合は麻酔に弱く目が覚めてもずっと船酔いの感じで、気持ち悪くなかなか起き上がる事も出来ず夕食も食べられない状態でした。 全身麻酔は相性があるらしく同じ日に手術を受けた方は8割くらい夕食を召し上がられたそうです。 私はかなり相性が悪かったのか、ずっと寝ていたので時間経過ははっきりわかりませんが、1時間か2時間毎に術後の様子を見るための検温や血圧の検査がありました。 その際にも看護師の方が頭冷やしましょうかとアイスノンを持ってきてくださったり優しく対応してくださいました。 術後は鼻に詰め物をし、ガーゼもしているので口呼吸しか出来ません。そのため鼻から流れる血を口から吐き出さないといけないのですが、やっと起き上がれてトイレに行くときに血を飲み込んでしまって気持ち悪く、嘔吐した時も看護師さんが丁寧に対応してくださいました。 次の日に術後の様子を見て、出血が少なかったので、鼻の詰め物をその日のうちに取ることが出来、朝食を少しは食べられて、無事に退院しました。 それでもその日は家に帰ってもずっと寝ていて、夜になってやっとしっかり食事出来ました。 術後の検診で数回通い、1ヶ月以上経った今日大きな問題がないという事で無事終了という、流れになりました。 まだ少し鼻水に血は混ざったりしておりますが、前より鼻の通りがずいぶん良くなり嬉しい限りです。 もちろんこういった手術には個人差もありますし、またこれから私もどうなるかは分かりません。 病院にも数日通いましたので看護師さんや受付の方も愛想の良い方やそうでない方もいらっしゃいますが、私はこの病院を選んで良かったと思っております。 先生も、気になる事があれば何でも聞いてくださいと仰ってくださいますので、何が分からないかが分からないという方も気軽にそうお伝えすれば良いと思います。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。、

I had a nose surgery the other day. The postoperative course is good and I am really grateful to the teacher. When I looked at the humidifier because I wanted to use the humidifier that was in the room, it was covered with dust. The toilet is unisex and there is dust on the floor and corners There was a cancan on the floor and I was told to put a urinalysis cup there in the morning. When I went to the toilet in the morning, there were two urine examination cups in the can. It's at the foot of a narrow toilet, and if it spills, it's hard and I thought it would be a satellite. In the middle of the night, the nurse was going up and down the stairs with loud footsteps. The technology is excellent, but I was a little disappointed. The ventilation fan in the room was broken or there was a loud noise all the time It stopped being noisy, but I spent time in an unventilated room I was worried about the poor hygiene of hospitalization facilities because it was a corona virus.
