An information program in the prefecture introduced it as "a delicious bakery where you can enjoy the spectacular scenery," so I was disturbed by the drive. Several kinds of herbs and plants were planted at the entrance of the shop, and the appearance was lovely. Surrounded by rice fields, the idyllic countryside landscape spreads out. The aim is "Campagne of Shinshu Yume Kaori" introduced on TV. I also bought about 6 types of sweet bread and side dish bread. I sliced ​​campanes thinly and toasted a little, but it was very delicious without adding anything! ︎ ︎ Although it tastes a little sour when you put it in your mouth, it is not habitful and the inside is solid but you can eat as much as you like. You can eat the plate at eat-in, so I'd like you to enjoy the scenery in the store next time.

The flavor was lighter than I expected, and it was crunchy, and unfortunately didn't suit my mouth (because I like moist and moist). I was particular about the powder and flavor, so I think it suits those who like this type of bread.
