When I bought a new car at this shop, I didn't get a warranty card, instruction manual, or receipt. What exactly does this mean? This is the first experience I have ever had in my life. I have a hard time understanding. The owner has a great Chinese accent, and the Japanese is fluent. I don't think I was born and raised in Japan.
