We lost our Dog Thor in Nago and found him dead. We called this place late before they closed and they stayed open until we arrived. We were very sad and the workers didn’t stress us with payment. They had a ceremony moments after we showed up. As sad as we were and last minute it was they treated our poor dog with kindness and respect as a member of our family. We got to say goodbye one last time there. I can’t thank the staff enough for this kind gift. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much for what you did that day.

16歳の愛猫が永眠した際に、かかりつけの動物病院から紹介されて利用させていただきました。 電話の対応からすごく丁寧で、個別葬希望しましたが、コロナの影響で遺骨収拾できないという事で、合同葬に変更しました。 その時に、うちの猫に「お友達と一緒にしようね」と言ってもらい、その言葉が飼い主としてはとてもありがたかったです。 寂しがり屋の猫だったので、お友達と安心して旅立てたと思います。 こちらにして本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

My cat, who had been with me for 12 years, crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday after fighting illness due to renal failure. I was cremated today, but it was polite from the phone reservation stage until the handing over after the cremation was done today and it was a very polite response. When the last car left the facility, I was glad to see it off. Also, when I saw my beloved cat, it was cute, and he cried and cried with my family, saying that he seemed to be sleeping alive. I thank my family and pets for their warm support ^-^ Thank you 😊

I don't know if I'm too accustomed to responding or because I wanted a joint burial, but how many kilometers? How much is the price? It will be simple and will be a courier. I felt that. There is something that you can endure when you are sad and calm. Also, it doesn't make sense to not have a phone call at night.
