This free car park is a bit of distance 10-15minutes walk to the waterfall entrance. But there is a public toilet provided here. The carpark around the waterfall close to the waterfall operated by different operators cost about 500 japaness yen. If you are on the budget parking here will save you some money which can be used for your waterfall entrance ticket.
Out of the way train station but still provides shelter for the traveller
Although it is free, the back is narrow and difficult to stop.
It's nice to have a store and a toll parking lot near the waterfall, but I didn't go because it was a narrow road where people were walking. The crispy apple dorayaki I found while walking was surprisingly delicious, but the military chicken bowl was not good. During this time, I also saw apple trees with red fruits. After all, it's a waste if you don't walk in the scenic spots!

でも何か購入すると無料になる店の駐車場です。
トイレもありました。
Fukuroda Falls is about a 15-minute walk from here in the free parking lot. Speaking of which, my uncle and aunt were cleaning the toilet. The toilet was relatively clean due to cleaning.
