It is usually a riverbed open space. Of course, it would be nice to have a leisure sheet with a fireworks display or cherry-blossom viewing, but it would be nice to take a walk or play with children.

August 11, Niigata Festival. I visited the fireworks display. The place was taken smoothly. It was the best night.

It is very beautiful. It is good for taking a break or taking a walk on a picnic, on the way back from shopping. It's a good place to practice your bike, but be careful with runners and dog walkers. At the GW River Festival, flea markets and events take place.
