Super fun, drinks are only around 500 yen, and all-you-can-sing!! Fun atmosphere. Totally recommend to come for a great night!!
This is exactly the kind of bar I love. You can drink, sing hit and is so easy to talk to everyone. Staff is really nice at the Joysound is the same as the expensive karaoke ones. Hope I find a similar one In Tokyo

Be careful tho if you are scared of covid, there is not much protection possible in a bar like this, so at your own risk, but worth the risk ahah
This was a nice Western atmosphere in the middle of Kyoto, where we could take a detour and go back in a bar filled with Westerners and sing in open-floor Karaoke. Nice system with big screen videos, floor for dancing for whoever wishes. What made the night fun for us was a group of young Japanese salary-men (early 20s) who came and sung in Japanese as the rest of us cheered them on, and they did the same when there were English songs. Festive atmosphere. Nice location.
A great place to go for Kyoto nightlife! They had good space for small groups and even had free karaoke if you bought a drink. Had a lot of fun and would definitely reccomend to travellers from all countries.
I love this place. Honesty, the best place for karaoke in Kyoto by far - best karaoke I’ve ever had in Japan too. I love the atmosphere, the people are fun, lots of variety in songs (they have stuff I’ve never seen in Karaoke bars). I prefer public karaoke as well, because it’s a lot more fun to share with everyone there. Highly recommended!!
