It is a very good park with a promenade from Kusatsu Station to Lake Biwa. You can see the Hira Mountains well! There's the road to Lake Biwa. You can see Mountain Hira. It is beautiful.

A stylish cafe next to a garden general store. There are few seats, and if you do not have good seats, you will not be very relaxed. The contents are good for lunch, but I can not deny the feeling of being expensive in this place. It would be good if there were good seats and only sweets (but not at this time). Because it is connected with the general store and there are cracks and so on, it is tough if you do not take measures for small children. The atmosphere is very good.
