As one bone of the folding umbrella broke, we used it. When I went to the store, the clerk looked closely and thought that it was a single bone, but he told me that the bone next to it was broken and the parts were deteriorated. So I had all bones replaced. About a week later, I was contacted and all the bones were replaced neatly when I arrived. It was reported that it was a couple of weeks, but it was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I am really happy because it was an umbrella with a lot of thought. There was no place to exchange bones for the folding umbrella, so it was very helpful.

I requested repair by replacing the caster of the carry case. It was a very small shop, but the courteous service and the friendly service of the customers were very impressive.
