2017.3 I ate curry using Shinshu miso. It's not the hard roux that is common in the home, but the shabashaba type. I ate while having a one-on-one conversation with the master because I disturbed him near the end, so I regret that I still can't remember the taste because of the concentration of conversation. It's a shop with a nice atmosphere.

The difference in attitudes between the regular customers and the seemingly customers was so great that I felt uncomfortable, so I gave it a low rating.

The place has changed. The taste remains the best. Soup curry is exquisite. The shopkeeper feels really good. Observing the incoming customer's face has a common expression. Everyone looks happy. Such a store is not so. Please make a wonderful history here as well.

We ordered a craft beer "Fruit Passion Respite" from Nozawa Onsen Village, a platter of vegetables, and Obuse Hibiki Curry. This craft beer is light and easy to drink, but it is too refreshing and has a poor aftertaste. Obuse Hibiki Curry has a sourness rather than spiciness and spice, which makes it look like it was eaten somewhere in the past. Since the fried vegetables on the table were sprinkled with salt, I felt that the saltiness hindered the texture of the vegetables and the taste of the curry.

When I wanted to drink a local beer from Nagano Prefecture, Hibuse Obuse came out, so I went there. There are several types of local beer, and I drank two of them, but it was really delicious, so if you asked for soup curry, the salad vegetables that came out were also delicious and the dressing showed the deliciousness of the vegetables like! The curry is not spicy, but it is spicy and it doesn't get damaged. I want to try pasta next time! The atmosphere of the shop is good, and there are 4 parking spaces nearby. Because it is in a residential area, it seems to pass by Worth to go!
