The mechanics and staff here are very helpful and nice. I went here to replace my wheelset. I bought tires and inner tubes. The service fees are transparent so you will not be surprised at the end. One staff speaks a little English and was really very accommodating. He changed my cassettes, installed tires, did inspection on both wheels and explained the problems he saw. I highly recommend this shop and I will definitely come back in the future. Note: you need to carry your bike inside the elevator.

For bicycles not purchased at this store The tire suddenly went flat I was in trouble because it was past 8 pm I was looking for an open store and visited here. I asked if it is possible to replace the tube. After that, the tires themselves had already reached the end of their life, so the tires were replaced. It was very helpful. At the Yodobashi bicycle shop in the same building, I was told that I would not repair anything other than the bicycle I bought at Yodobashi, so the service provided was incorrect.

Since I bought a cross bike about six years ago and kindly responded, I revisited to consider buying a road bike, but it was a disappointing result. The store area has become quite small and there are very few products, probably because of the relocation of the store in the building. As I entered the shop and only one clerk was silently continuing work, it was difficult to consult, so I went out as it was. (Because the people in the shop didn't call out either.) It was a disappointing result that the expectations were high and extra just to know the previous. I will buy a bicycle at another store.

Compared to about a year ago, the handling of small parts & tools & repair materials has decreased considerably. Well, I feel sorry when I know the old days ... 😢⤵️⤵️⤵️
