Excellent instruction, fun training, and a clean and beautiful gym. The instructor is bilingual and very welcoming!
This BJJ gym has enough space and clean facility, including two shower rooms and a changing room. Instructor, who is the founder of this gym, is friendly and very attentive to all skill levels from begginers, like me, to advanced. Class timetable is working people-friendly, classes are held on 19pm/20:30pm every weekday and Saturday afternoon as well. I like diverse and relaxed atmosphere of this gym.
Ohkawa-san is very welcoming and his teaching style clear and well paced. I'd highly recommend this gym for newcomers to BJJ or experienced vistors to Japan. Easy to access from central Tokyo and very clean.

Recommend for everyone, from beginners to more advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Ohkawa san will take care of you. (He speaks both Japanese and English)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, but it also uses your head to the extent that it is described as "chess on the mat." Therefore, you can enjoy it regardless of age, gender, or sports experience. Please try it by all means ❗️ The dojo is full of cleanliness, and the teacher's guidance is very easy to understand and polite. Let's "enrich with Jiu-jitsu" in the future life (although it's a little exaggerated ...)! ️A lot of friends are waiting at Super Crew! ️
