Had the best night here tonight. Amazing food and the owner Charles was happy to cater to different dietary preferences. Beverages from Japan and international which the staff were amazing at pairing with the meal. Charles really knows what he is talking about and takes pride in his service. Great value for money for such a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back!

Charles was a fantastic host, and definitely knows his wines! He’s clearly passionate about what he does, and the food was great. Will definitely come back.

Awesome little bar.. owner Charles super knowledgeable about Japanese whiskeys and wines. Great place for a drink after a hard session on the hill.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. owner was extremely rude, and arrogant, his attitude cleared our group of ten. the waitresses was lovely working for a trash owner. we started ordering beers off the menu that weren’t even in the shop and told we were welcome to leave. a decent bottle of wine was 25,000 yen, which is $350aud, australia that would sell for 40 aud , overall definitely will not be coming back i would also like to take the one star back ....

Walked in 7 of us after a full day of skiing without reservations and owner and waitress gave a superwarm welcome! Nice and cosy atmposhere, good music, great assortment of natural vines, lovely food and nibbles to share around the table. Do try the smoked japanese oysters! Thank you for a great night! A must if you are in Hakuba.
