The lady who handle customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She forgot to take note of the boxes I ordered and I had to call your call center to fix it. She had the nerve to lie that I didn’t go there even though I had the box receipts!

コンビニからの発送で規定内と言われ発送したが後々聞くと規定外で勝手に宅急便に変えられ送料を5倍に勝手にされた｡ ルールなのは良いがコンビニが間違っていて私は悪くないはずだけど､返金も無理との事で"もういいです"と言うと"分かりました"と無言で切られた｡ 最後にも謝罪は無いのか｡
