There is a torii heading to Anraku-ji Temple, called Kuromon, which is headed by the hermitage hot spring inn in Bessho Onsen. Is it a gentle climb and can I drive by car? You may hesitate, but you can pass the Kuromon by car. Immediately on the right hand side, you can see the stairs that seem to be the entrance to Anraku-ji Temple, and you can easily see the information boards and arrows. The parking space is a gravel road and there is a parking space called Anrakuji so you will not be lost. It seems that there is no congestion on weekdays although it is a space of about a dozen cars.
