Used for viewing the Yamazaki River cherry blossoms. It's cheaper than a parking lot in an easy-to-understand location such as the Tanabe-dori side because it's more involved in a residential area, so it's recommended. However, because of the steep slope, I bumped into the bumper when I was in and out. Be careful of vehicles with low vehicle height.
