There are various bread specialty stores, but this one is my favorite in Niigata. Sweet and chewy bread. The ears are also delicious. Nowadays, you can buy without lining up, so you can easily go there. I bought a blueberry jam the other day and it was delicious. I eat it with scones rather than bread.
