BLUE COFFEE

Strong, quality coffee. The decor and space was extremely minimal and trendy too which we loved as it felt so different to anywhere else we have been in rural Japan. We are from the UK and it felt almost like we were back in Europe. We also had two scones which were super tasty. A little pricey, but as an independent coffee roasters we can understand why. Strong WiFi too.

Great atmosphere, good pastries, amazing coffee. The coffee is carefully roasted in-house. And is served only pour over. This isn't a place to have your morning wakeup coffee, but a place to slowly enjoy a very good cup.

It's quietly located in the mountains, and when you enter, the atmosphere is good. The creme brulee was excellent!

The long-sought blue coffee. It is a shop that is popping up in nature. Unfortunately, the weather was fine, but I imagine that the shadows of the leaves would be beautiful on a sunny day. Coffee is also very delicious. There are various types, and this time I ordered a deep roasted blend, but next time I would like to drink a recommended single. Tiramisu was also delicious! The sound of picking raw beans quietly echoed in the calm interior with a high ceiling, which was comfortable. It seems that a wood stove is lit when it gets cold, which is also fun. It's hard to get from Sendai without a car, but I'm glad I stretched my legs. I want to go again.

I ate summer limited iced coffee, today's sweets scones, tiramisu. I ate scones for the first time, but I like it because it has a simple taste even if I eat it as it is. It is delicious to eat with the attached cream jam 🍀 The bitter-tasting coffee jelly at the bottom goes perfectly with the rich cream cheese with a low sweetness 🧁 A refreshing iced coffee with a good balance of bitterness and richness, which enhances the taste of scone tiramisu 😄 It's a quiet and pleasant cafe, where you can relax. I didn't get it, but there seems to be a hot sandwich 🥪 Each time, the dripper is warmed with hot water and then hand-drip at an appropriate temperature, giving it a nice aroma of coffee.
