I was very disappointed with the response of non-regular employees at the city hall My Number Card Counter. City hall staff are hired for taxes I really don't feel the attitude of responding to the needs of the citizens. Today is a disappointing story of my number card counter (counter 6 on the 1st floor of the North Building). I received a notice that my number card for elementary school children has expired, so after completing the renewal procedure on the web, I received a sealed letter to pick it up. My mother, I, brought the letter I received and went to the 6th counter on the 1st floor of the North Building. Since it is natural for parents to apply for official documents for their children on their behalf, I went to the city hall and presented my child's My Number card and information envelope at the counter. The counter window was crowded. While the woman at the counter did not finish talking about the requirements "I can't give my number card unless my child comes to pick it up," he refused. It was completely clerical and had no service spirit. I told him that it would be difficult for him to come because his child is a cram school in the evening. "Everyone else has their own child," he said, and there was no other suggestion. Elementary school students are in trouble because it is time to go to school and even though it is quite difficult in terms of location, they are replied, "We do not accept it except for special reasons such as hospitalization!" When I asked another person to take over and consulted with me, it was said that the agent would be able to receive it by presenting the child identity verification documents. This first staff member who was about to be repelled It was a non-regular employment staff. From 3 to 4 years ago, non-regular employment staff have been working at the city hall as a window, and I feel that all the responses are irrelevant. Ten years ago, I remember being grateful for being kindly provided with various information. Recently, the quality of staff has declined. It is a city hall that has not been able to respond from the perspective of the citizens.
