NICE PLACE! いいところ#smart attendat/seller/dealer/good to have business with# honest one! well recomended!!!5star indeed!!!
Nice place.,👍👍even the staffs are all in good attitude..😍
As mentioned in other people's posts, the clerk's attitude of "Ku ◯" was extremely bad, and I was disgusted by the fact that I lost my seal certificate and was charged with fraudulent money. I haven't written a review before, but I decided to post it so that other people wouldn't suffer any damage.
We do not recommend getting involved in this store, but if you do get involved, please refer to the following.
1. It is better to record every interaction with the clerk.
It is said that he explained that he did not receive any explanation because he said it frequently.
When I say "not explained", Ku ◯ says "Is there evidence?" Since I was told immediately many times, it seems that Ku ◯ is habitually using the method of requesting evidence. It seems that the store is obliged to explain, so when asked if there was evidence of explanation, it was completely ignored.
Therefore, it is better to record all the interactions with the store and leave evidence.
2. It is better to have multiple contract holders
When the store gets inconvenient, it hangs up unilaterally or ignores the conversation, saying "I only talk to the contractor." The owner of the car is the name of one of the family members, but the car is used by the whole family living together, and I think it is normal to pay for it from the living expenses of the family. In the case of our family, a poor child was the owner, so if another family member who was not satisfied with the store's response tried to speak on behalf of the owner's child, it was said that he would only speak with the owner. It wasn't a conversation.
So, aside from car verification, it's better to ask the store to make the contract holder all those who may interact with the store in relation to the store. Otherwise, you won't even have a conversation when something goes wrong.
3. If something goes wrong with your car, don't say words like asking for repair even if you make a mistake.
There was no estimate and I was charged a high cost for inspection. Its price was 10 times that of an authorized dealer.
I was out of luck when I told him to take a look because of a problem. There was no explanation that it would cost money to take a look. If it costs money, I asked this shop, which does not have its own factory, to ask me, and before that I had an unpleasant feeling that my seal certificate was lost and the correspondence at the time of contract and after that was different. I never asked the store.
When he said he couldn't pay the money he didn't understand, he said, "The car is now disassembled, and if you don't pay, you can't put it back. You hand it over in the disassembled state." Apart from the problem of money, I think there is an obligation to return it as an obligation of the disassembled person. In the end, I couldn't trust that even if I paid for it, it would be returned properly, so I picked up the car in the disassembled state and had an authorized dealer fix it.
I was told by an authorized dealer that if there was a problem with the car, it would not be necessary to disassemble it in the first place. The repair cost was less than one tenth.
I think that it costs money to estimate, but I am really surprised that you will be charged 10 times the repair cost without explaining that it will cost.
Therefore, never say the words as if you were asking for repair. The car will be disassembled and you will be charged a high price.
There was no explanation or apology for the lost seal certificate even several months after it was lost. The seal certificate is an important document that contains personal information. Losing it is a personal information leak.
It is a company that manages sloppyly and does not take any further action.
The clerk who lost it said he would look for it, but the self-proclaimed store manager also said he didn't know about the loss, so I don't think he looked for it, and he probably didn't even report it to the company.
I hope you can refer to my experience so that you do not have the same unpleasant feelings as our family.
I got a cheap imported used car. The car assessment was smooth and good.
The response of the staff named Kumano is too bad.
You shouldn't buy a car here
Ignorant staff who do not know common sense
