The pizza had hair. I called out to the staff, but there was no big apology. I couldn't make another thing, and I couldn't subtract from the bill, so I paid the full bill. Mistakes are for everyone. It may be bad for hair to get in. I know that a student part-time job will run the store, and it's not a high-priced store, so I don't want good service. But even so, there was no attitude of responding to apologies. I will never go to this store, nor will I go to affiliated stores.

The pizzas here are cheap and tasty, but I want better service and management. Since all the clerks are young people, it is rare to say hello when they enter, and they do not seem to know the process (take-out / checkout). There were times when both the take-out box and the bag were missing, so I couldn't take it home. In addition, "pizza is only 500 yen" is a false advertisement. If you eat in the shop and there is a table fee, there is also a takeaway fee if you take it home.

The food is delicious, but the glass is so dirty, it won't come out until you ask for a dish, or you don't open a bottle of wine and ask "please open it" ... Or the coat hanger is not enough and it was the worst service. The pizza was delicious so I decided to give it a star 2. However, it will never go again
