This MC Donald’s always has poor services. I have eaten here on 4 occasions (only place to stop to get a quick meal) on my way home. They made a mistake with every order I have had...today is my last time here. The manager in an attempt to improver her speed of customer service she cancelled my order before it was delivered to me. Then when I went talk to them they gave me my order that had been sitting on the counter...as I sat down I noticed they forgot my filet-o-fish.
I really hope this helps someone! Just sad what MC Donald’s has come to!
Did the drive-thru. 'Big Breakfast' was sold out at 9 in the morning. Ordered hot tea, but got iced instead. They forgot forks so I had to eat hot cakes with a knife only. Staff was polite.
Great fries and burger. Got the icecream and 50 yen got a stingý amount of chocolate topping. What a rip off!
I use drive-through, but I made a mistake in ordering and the product is not in.
I haven't paid for it, but I'm shocked if I'm looking forward to buying it and not having what I want to eat! I want you to make sure you repeat the order.
The customer service attitude was so bad that I didn't want to even get a star 1. It was an aunt's clerk.
There are many menus on the site that are not included in the menu. Every time I look at a commercial and feel like a shake, I am disappointed because the shake machine is broken each time.
