It's a Lockheed Martin patrol-like name, but probably P is an abbreviation for Parking instead of Patrol. (Therefore there is nothing about airplanes) It's a bit more complicated than other parking lots, and probably because you have to go through a residential area, there are fewer cars parked than other parking lots, but you can easily reach the parks and zoos. As with other parking lots, you will be charged a fee during events such as the cherry blossom season and during busy times, so be careful. It's usually free.
