The atmosphere of the Sweets Research Institute comes out from the entire store. It costs 2613 yen for 5 types, but it's not cheap, but you can feel the gentle sweetness, texture and polite work no matter what you eat. The pudding has a nostalgic taste and texture, the premium tiramisu has a smoothness and deliciousness of mascarpone, and the brownie has a delicious chocolate itself and a texture reminiscent of authentic Sachertorte, even at this price. It's the shop I want to go to again.

The interior is nice and delicious, but there are many improvements. The product name is written in English with a white pen on a glass case, so it is very difficult to understand what the product is. I think there are things I'm not good at, so please fill in all the materials that are included. It may not be written because it spoils the atmosphere of the shop, but if so, I would like you to put a card with the details of the menu currently being handled on the blackboard etc. Or I want to see the menu table while lining up. Especially if there are people waiting in line behind me, I have to buy it properly, so I'd be happy if I could see it while I was waiting. The carrot cake that you often put on word of mouth has a scent similar to the lotus cookie sold to Cardi and others. It has a good balance with the cheesecake above and is delicious with a taste that cannot be eaten anywhere else, but the taste of cinnamon is strong, so you may have different tastes. The baked tart has a very good balance of dough. Orange pound cake? I liked something like this the most. But it's a pity that this is always available and not available. .. Scones are firm, really simple, and not sweet at all, so you can't eat them without jam or cream. It was a shame because the cake was delicious. Pudding and tiramisu are also recommended ♪

There was no smile on the customer service of the female clerk, perhaps because she was busy at a popular store or because customers came even if she didn't sprinkle on her amiability. The product is also fashionable and the explanation is difficult to understand. With the next person waiting behind you, a product without a clear explanation cannot be examined slowly and is very difficult to buy. Well, I think fashion is prioritized over the visibility of customers. The appeal and photos are good, so I don't think the customers will be interrupted in the future, but I don't want to go there again and again.

All definitely delicious! The basic ones had a good taste in the middle, and the seasonal ones were surprisingly spicy. It's more like a lab than a casual pastry shop, and all the customers are excited and lined up.
