I bought a new caliper brake, but I contacted by e-mail because the main body was covered with dust (the dust itself was solidified) and the bolts and nuts were randomly inserted, but there was no reply. (The box is full of scratches and the main body is also scratched. * The delivery note was not enclosed.) Also, for some reason I could not log in to the site. I can't help it, so I use it by collecting dust myself, but I'm sad because I'm shopping for 20,000 yen or more (80,000 yen or more including other items) ... I wonder if it was an exhibit because it is still in stock ... The reviews of other people are good, and the emails such as shipping are neat and I'm very sorry that I expected it. Postscript I will add an image. Before I got in touch, I used a cleaner to remove the dust from the main unit, so it's much cleaner than when it arrived, but the gaps and grooves on the back of the main unit haven't been removed yet. I haven't attached it to my bicycle with a little dust, so I'd like you to replace it if possible.

Take care of me several times, such as repairs and custom consultations. The product lineup is smaller than that of chain stores, but in addition to the products in the store, they brought me good used parts from the warehouse (?). The staff are nice and helpful.

I think that the location where bicycles can be safely parked and the frontage of the store is open and good atmosphere. Well, at the store, the finished cars and parts are lined up on a very beautiful display. Although the number of products is not a feeling that there are many, it is very easy to see with a well-organized configuration. There seems to be some products that are not in the store, you can put out on request. The staff was very friendly and very friendly, and even the first customer could respond carefully. In general, custom shops for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles are very rare because they tend to focus on work and tend to be second only to customers (there is no reason to do this in a business format, which is not a bad thing). I feel like I came to a cozy clothes store. It's a good distance from my living area, so I'll check it again and check it out.
