Anyway, reception correspondence is the worst. If you let the reservation system wait and say that it will come on the next reservation day, the reservation will be redone. It's also rude manners. Normally, there should be a word, "I'm sorry to keep you waiting"! Perhaps I think that a dentist is a junior high school student, but if I let such staff stand up, the number of patients decreases. One more complaint. Do not understand informed consent and proceed with treatment without prior anesthesia even if the patient does not agree. There is no explanation at all for the fee. It seems that the word "informed consent" is not understood either.
