I went to the ramen Kurataya located next to the store. The photo shows the store's popularity No. 1, No. 2. Purchase at a ticket machine! You can choose thin noodles or medium-thick noodles for either ramen, and select medium-thick noodles in the photo. Nakata was my favorite noodle that I could thoroughly enjoy the chewy wheat. The bean sprouts are miso ramen, and it's one of the shopkeeper's favorite dishes that combines red miso and grilled miso. A gentle, mild soup. The other is Chicken Shirayu Ramen, where you can choose salt and soy sauce. The photo is soy sauce. The chopped onion and universal leek are good accents. Both pictures are topped with boiled eggs (100 yen). It has a large yolk and is delicious.
