Brought my bike in because I wanted to get it tuned and it was giving me some issues. Explained the problem to the repair tech, but the guy didn't seem to want to be bothered. He turned something on the handle bars, spun the pedals once or twice, said "I don't feel anything," and told us it was fine. Didn't bother test driving it, or offering to keep it and do a more thorough check up. We were willing to leave it for a tune up, and I needed to buy new tires, but since he was pretty much like "I don't want to work on your bike," we left. Not a pleasant experience.

Bicycle stand? Was distorted and I went to repair it, but I was happy to respond even though I seemed to be busy. Moreover, it was free because it was just re-distorted. It cost about 1500 yen at other shops. How conscientious! If you need any repairs or accessories, we will use it again.

Since I bought a bicycle here four years ago I always use it when inflating tires. I had you repair the brake the other day. It was really helpful to have a very polite and prompt response while I was busy right after the store opened. Recommended bicycle shop 😊

You can rent an inflator for free. However, the clerk's response is quite unpleasant. If I could only deal with that, I should stop the customer business.

The store manager responded very politely and kindly. I told you about the problem when I got on the bicycle, but I was relieved that he could find the cause immediately from there and also politely tell me what kind of treatment is necessary and how much it will cost. I've left it to you.
