Beef tataki is the best! The sweetness was so sweet that I chewed it with soft lean meat, so I'm glad I ordered it. Oven-baked white fish is also hot and delicious. Personally, I prefer a slightly salty (soy sauce or miso) or buttery richness, but this is a sea urchin. It is flavorful and delicious. I had both hamburger and steak, but the volume of the hamburger was amazing and juicy. The mushroom potage was also full of flavor, I want to refill it (laughs)

It was my first time, so I had a chopper hamburger! No complaints! Very delicious!
