JW Marriott Hotel Nara

The hotels getting a lot of unwarranted hate from a bunch of divas. The hotel just opened recently and is working out its growing pains. The food and service was excellent despite it being packed over the silver week weekend. Highly recommended staying here if in Nara. Rooms are spacious and have a nice Japanese touch. GM Chris is very accessible and will make you feel at home.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. They are way too far from operating a hotel. Not welcoming, service is too low, don’t even know how to cater to guests.

This is the worst hotel that I ever experienced :( No hospitality, they booked the wrong type room, lack of some equipment in the room, long waiting time for bed making(we arrived at 18:00! our room was not ready yet.)
