Really enjoyed this place. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable for what you get. Limited cuts of meat, but good value for the price. Staff spoke English and they have English menus. Wish there was more explanation on the process, but that's probably due to the fact we don't speak Japanese. You can order 3 types of meat at a time. There is a button you can press to order more. Staff was prompt in taking orders and delivering food. Would recommend.
We did the All-you-can-eat option, but we never understood what we could order. So we sticked to meat. The waiter didn't understand a word and almost never brought us what we had asked. We spent 2 hours most of the time waiting to be understood. We couldn't order what we wanted. We had to order the drinks at least three times before getting them. Luckily I wasn't that hungry, but my son left being still hungry.
Poor service. Forgot my order. We have a period of over 10 minutes waiting for beef. What's a all you can eat is this!!! And at the end they have no more the best beef
Really nice experience. Fancy interior with private rooms. Meat quality was amazing, all you can eat wagyu not to be missed. Affordable at 4320 yen considering quality of meat.
I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend. I am allergic to both fish and seafood and asked the waitress (Ayumi) for recommandation. Not only she gave me information about the food, but she made me a list of all the thing I could not eat. It might have gave me another to live ;)!
