I went to experience today. It is a gym at Itabashi Station on the Saikyo Line. It was under the Metropolitan Expressway, which passed through the Showa-like shopping district. The trainer was muscular, but he was a gentle person. It was a small gym, but I think it would be nice to be able to receive individual guidance in a completely private room. I am satisfied that I can join the membership at a reasonable price during the free admission period.

It was a little far from the station, but the road was easy to understand and I arrived immediately! !! I'm glad that the trainer was polite and easy to talk to. It was good that I was able to join after experiencing it.
