I mucked in the morning, but most of the parking lot was closed and it was difficult to park the car.
Coffee was discounted and I ordered a burger and coffee separately
It was treated as a combination and was not discounted, resulting in a higher price. I didn't bother to ask for it in combination, so I know I want to make it cheaper. There is no smile on the response and it is high pressure and annoying.
