They were very nice and friendly! One of the staff could speak some English and through some back and forth in Japanese and English I could get my tires changed! Trek is an amazing brand, I’ll probably get back here later to upgrade to a better bike. 👍🏻

I like the staff here! Even though I'm foreigner and speak little Japanese, they still accommodated me. They fixed and inspected my bike pretty well. They've done wheel truing and chain replacement. Thank you! Highly recommended place. 😎🚴‍♂️

A great bicycle shop, staff always have helpful advice and the array of bicycles are great too! My bike shop of choice for the last 14 years or so.

Another word of mouth said that I was refused to deal with the trouble of the cross bike I bought online, but I had a similar experience a few years ago. When I tried to bring in a road bike I bought online and have it repaired "It's a road bike you don't see, where is it?" I was asked, "I bought it online" I answered. Then, the clerk did not even see it nearby, "Ah, then it's a replacement by purchase." Reply with. I thought it was rude. Why should I buy a new bicycle if the bicycle I bought online gets sick? I've heard that there are some bicycle shops called pro shops, but this was the first time I actually came across them. It's been a while since then, and I've visited a number of bicycle shops, but this one is the only one I've had an unpleasant experience. The fact that there are word-of-mouth people quoted at the beginning probably means that the constitution of the store has not changed yet. There is a kind bicycle shop that has been running for a long time near here, so it is strongly recommended that you have your car maintained there.
